Human Services

We’ve partnered with a wide range of partners, including human service nonprofits, medical centers, physician practices, special education schools, behavioral health providers, transportation companies, senior care organizations, health plans, and medical journals.

A significant focus of our work is supporting organizations that serve individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), acquired brain injuries, and severe mental health challenges—helping them advocate for state funding, shape public understanding, and communicate their value to legislators, families, and the broader community.

This work includes proactive thought leadership—alongside trusted crisis and issues management support during moments of reputational risk, including allegations of misconduct or neglect, program closures, and the operational disruptions of COVID-19.
