Each 2.5-hour session begins with a one-hour interactive presentation covering today’s media landscape, how journalists think, and techniques for crafting soundbites and staying on message—even under pressure. We focus on your organization’s unique positioning to ensure the training is immediately relevant.

This is followed by an on-camera mock interview. Participants practice fielding a range of questions, applying key messaging and pivot strategies. We review the footage together and offer constructive, actionable feedback.
